Not Pulling Proper Meta Data

I’m not sure if this is a plugin issue or something else, but I’m hitting a wall:

I installed this plugin in order to help sharing on a customer’s blog. Still, if you click on the Facebook Share or Google+ Share, it pulls the right URL, but the wrong meta-data. Even though the post meta data is what is pulled for the snippet and whatnot, what is being shared is the meta data for the main site – not the individual blog post. This is very frustrating.

If anyone can help me out with this, you’ll get major WordPress positive mojo from me.
