Not Pulling Rates

    UPS rates are not getting pulled.

    Boxes and weights have been setup and worked for years without fail.

    The new 0AUTH is setup, but it seems since then, orders are defaulting to the “fall-back” cost.
    All plugins are up to date and using the Storefront theme.

    Please help.

    Addendum: Customer UPS billing is setup like it’s always been.

    Thanks. I got it fixed. It was Rating API permissions on the UPS side.
