Hi @holidaystory17 ,
You can do this if you first enable advance settings from the General section. Go to Show advanced settings.
Under Advanced you will find the section Cloudflare Cache Behavior, there you will find the options you needed.
Also, under Cache section in the Advanced settings you will find more purging methods relevant to your problem like: Purge HTML pages only, Don’t cache the following dynamic contents.
Kind regards,
Denis
Hi
I tried but no luck.
Purge HTML pages only – yes .
Purge cache for related pages only – is also checked.
Thanks
Ruma
Update: I just found that the “Purge HTML pages only” is works after few minutes.
Just a little confusion: is it clear cache from all the pages or that single page what i update?
Hi Team
One more thing, Varnish Support is enabled in my sites. Is it conflict with the main cache?
When Should I consider to enable it?
Use efficient cache lifetimes – this error is in google page speed insight (when I test any page). Can you please help me to solve that.
Thanks
Ruma

If you are using Varnish cache, make sure you have also enabled the option Automatically purge Varnish cache when the Cloudflare cache is purged.
Thanks for the reply. Can you please explain what the difference is between Varnish Cache and Cloudflare Cache? What is the best use of it? A few days ago, I enabled it, but it drastically reduced my site’s performance.
Use efficient cache lifetimes – this is still coming after a week also (not purge any cache).
TIA
