Not receiving admin emails

Hi,
The person signing up for a booking gets an email just fine, but the same screen where the visitor’s email is defined, you have below that an email for the administrator. I have created the format of the email in there but no email address defined in the site gets an email when a visitor makes a booking. Do we need to define that somewhere?
