    Just let me know from where I can download the pro version.

    my client already bought the plugin but she didn’t receive any email from you guys.

    Its already too late.

    I post a comment here for help you suggest me to ask in the website but they have no time to reply to their customer.

    Hello,

    Sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. I responded to one of the email seeming like yours a few days ago and sent from the contact page. I have not receive any replies since then.

    Possibly, your and her ISP is blocking the server. Please advice her to raise a dispute on PayPal to get a refund.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
