• I am not receiving emails with the backup of my website. I always used to receive them but they suddenly stopped. I have the correct email in and have it configured to backup and send emails. Thanks for your help.

  • For debugging purposes add the line below to the wp-config.php file:

    define('ITSEC_DEBUG', true);

    This will add a new Security/Debug submenu option to the WordPress Dashboard. Navigate to the newly added Security/Debug submenu option and post the info as displayed under the System Info and Scheduler sections in this topic.

    Don’t forget to obscure/anonymize any sensitive data you don’t want to share 😉
