Not receiving e-mail notifications (when data is send)

    Hello SJB,

    I was scrolling down 20 pages deep, still didn’t find anything about not receiving notifications.

    Maybe you guys can give some simple feedback on how to receive the attachment and extra information that is required (name, phone-number, e-mail, date-of-birth, location, notefield) by e-mail.

    I currently checked all fields around HR and Admin and filled in two different e-mail addresses. Non of them receive the actual data when testing and sending front-end.

    What can i check to make this work?

    Hello Amel,

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Please make sure SMTP is configured on your server. And check the Spam/Junk directory for the emails.

    If no success from the above mentioned solution then install any SMTP plugin from WP repository, configure it with your email account and then see this issue. Let us know if the problem still persists.
