Not Receiving E-mails…..

    I just attempted my first post that should have sent out an update to those subscribed.

    I’ve checked with them, and they’ve received no e-mails updating them about the most recent post. They each registered successfully and confirmed their registration. I received an e-mail letting me know they were registered.

    I’m not sure why they didn’t receive an e-mail with the update. Are updates only sent at a certain time of day?

    Hi JamesKornegay,

    Optin Forms does not automatically send emails to your subscribers. It creates an optin form for your users to subscribe.

    Whether or not your email creation is automated depends on the email service provider, such as AWeber, iContact, MailChimp, GetResponse, Mad Mimi or Interspire Email Marketer.

    So, Optin Forms only helps you collect the emails. It does not automate the email sending for you 😉
