    We have been using Forminator for a couple of years now and last night we suddenly stopped receiving our notification emails – e.g. contact us, payment forms, booking confirmations, everything. They are not in our Spam folder and we have not changed anything in our settings. I tested the contact us form using my personal email address and received the confirmation email to my gmail account but not the enquiry to our work address. At this time of year this is a bit of a disaster for us as we have customers buying gift vouchers – we are receiving the payment confirmations from Stripe – but we are struggling to process without the form submissions. Any help would be gratefully appreciated!

    Update: this issue is only affecting emails sent by forminator to our email address: [email protected] – I rang one of our customers who confirmed that they received their voucher, even though a copy was not sent to us. I also put a personal email address on the “contact us” form email notification alongside our usual one. A test send of the form went to the hotmail address but not the info@ address. I have checked our email server, krystal, and there does not seem to be anything wrong on their end, so I’m at a loss as to why we aren’t getting the form submissions emailed to us.

    Hope you are doing well today.

    I would recommend checking it with your hosting provider if you are not using a custom email SMTP, as you mentioned the customer received the email that indicates something is filtering the form emails on your working email address which is usually the email provider or the hosting, in some cases if your email contains specific words will be blocked or filtered by email service.

    The fastest way to fix that is to set up a custom email SMTP to fix the email delivery issue, by default all admin emails go through your hosting email service and that includes your forminator emails.
