Not receiving emails

I want to receive both emails and post the data but no matter what I’ve tried the emails are not being received. Plugin is so excellent but can’t recieve emails and post. Tried using domain name to send, tried turning features on and off and waited 12 hours so its not the server. Appreciate the help.
