• I am testing a basic contact form and after filling it out, I get the confirmation email address from the mail 2, I do not get the main email from the (potential customer) main containing the filled out information.

    I set the main email address as my email address, checked spam, etc but do not receive the email.

    Any suggestions?

    I tried a gmail address and it worked, when I try my domain address it does not. I’m using network solutions.

    I have the same issue…and I know I’ve lost some forms as a result. I’m really frustrated by this!

    Same problem here. I sent myself 4 test forms and only 1 went through. It was working recently though.

    @ipminc – Though the plugin successfully sends millions of emails every day, there are a host of issues that can stop or delay emails on both the sending and receiving ends. It depends entirely on your local Server & WordPress configuration. You will need to investigate this issue for your particular local configuration.

    In your case​​ your email is probably being seen as spam somewhere in the email process. This is usually due to email headers (in particular the From email address used) or email content.

    Important to remember there are a lot of places, other than your spam folder, where emails can be trapped as spam

    If possible include a link to your CF7 form and all your input in both the Form section and Mail section of the CF7 interface.

    Then others here may be able and willing to offer a possible solution.
