Hey @ianbarber,
Thanks for posting. I understand that you’re not seeing a particular Automation send out after customers purchase a product.
We here in the Plugin Support Forums are only going to be able to assist in troubleshooting the plugin specifically, as our tooling is limited in seeing what specific Automations are setup in the MailChimp account and tracking the status of their delivery.
That said, I want to be sure you can get some eyes on this. I would recommend reaching out to MailChimp’s Support team to investigate the delivery of these Automation emails. I pulled this guide from their Knowledge Base with more information on getting in touch with them: http://kb.mailchimp.com/accounts/management/mailchimp-support-options
To help get the process moving as quickly as possible when you do reach out, I would suggest including the following details so that MailChimp’s support team can go ahead and dig into things right off the bat!
— Screenshots of the WooCommerce System Status page which will verify all site information including version numbers, themes, and plugins. The System Status page can be found under WordPress Admin Panel > WooCommerce (left sidebar) > System Status, as detailed here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/understanding-the-woocommerce-system-status-report/
— The username of your MailChimp account
— The specific Automation that is not sending
— An example email address that it should have sent to but did not
Feel free to let me know if you have any additional questions.

Dear ianbarber,
We are not able to send order confirmation email, because there is no trigger for Woocommerce yet so users don’t recieving emails.
The automation called “Shipping confimation”s trigger matches with the status when I change the order to ,,Done” in Woocommerce.
So if you make a Shipping confirmation automation in MailChimp and you change the order status in Woocommerce you can get the email.
