Not receiving mail confirmation

    Hello,
    when someone make a reservations I recive (as administrator) the reservation mail, where I have to confirm or deny the reservations, but the customer does not recive the mail of “Waiting for the reservation’s confirmation” or neither the confirmation of the reseve when I confirm it or deny it.

    I need Help please!.
