Not receiving mails

    I have set up a simple contact form for my company website and I have gone through videos and sites to be able to receive emails from the contact form but so far no luck with it.

    This is the message I receive –
    SMTP ERROR: Failed to connect to server: (0)SMTP connect() failed. https://github.com/PHPMailer/PHPMailer/wiki/Troubleshooting

    Hi Jay, you need to speak to your host about this issue. The error is letting you know that it is failing to connect to your SMTP server. Make sure you entered the correct SMTP settings in the plugin.
