Not receiving Mails

    We’ve tried testing the gift cards but we’re not receiving the gift card mail.

    We’ve been using Paypal Sandbox for the purchase, and the order is on completed status (from pending -> completed). We can see the gift card in the shop.

    We naturally receive emails and tested those with check mails plugin & their test emails.

    Any advice?
