Not Receiving Notification Emails

    I’ve installed the plugin on a GoDaddy Basic WordPress plan and using WP Forms I’ve created 3 forms.

    I’m not getting the notification emails. GoDaddy have checked the settings and all is correct. But it’s not working.

    If you have any suggestions I’d be very grateful.

    Thank you for reaching out, and I apologize for the trouble!

    To begin, please check whether you can send and receive a test email from your WordPress site (WP Mail SMTP -> Tools).

    If you cannot send a test email, I recommend following this guide to configure the WP Mail SMTP plugin correctly. Once configured, try sending a test email again.

    If your test emails are working correctly, please make sure that your form notifications are set up properly to send emails. Then, test your forms to ensure everything is functioning as expected.
