Not receiving purchase notification

Hi there,
My client is not receiving purchase notifications from woocommerce even though I’ve switched all the settings on. I’ve asked her to check the spam/junk folder too. Is there any issue noticeable? I’m not sure how I’d share the back end details but this is essential for her business that doesn’t have automated shipping of handmade products.

Do you mean they are not receiving the “New Order” email as configured under WooCommerce > Settings > Emails?
And also is this affecting any other emails from WooCommerce?
We have some guidance on troubleshooting email sending and deliverability issues here:
https://woocommerce.com/document/email-faq/You can try installing the WP Mail Logging tool to see if it can shed some light on these emails: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-mail-logging/
If you can install that plugin, ensure mail logs are enabled and then have your client place a test order, this will help us identify whether the emails are being sent and not delivered, or not being sent in the first place.
Let us know how that goes and what you find from the mail logs.

With that particular error:
Usually this is something to do with the settings for the SMTP Mail server. Double check the MX records, and your client id and client secret. Authentication means that it hit Google, but Google is saying it cannot authorize your particular email that is being used as the base for the SMTP plugin.
You can also post this to the WP SMTP boards and the plugin developers can help check things out for you to ensure it is set correctly and functioning.
