    I’ve never received Support Candy emails for Support Tickets (I’ve checked spam).
    I need to reset my password to access my account and product licenses, but am not receiving the password reset link. Please advise how I can access my account.

    I need to log in to lodge a ticket.
    I cannot log in as I need to reset my password.
    I can’t reset my password as I’m not receiving any emails from Support Candy, so am not receiving the password reset link.
    How can I lodge a ticket about my issues logging in, without logging in?
