On my site thesmarterpatriot.com, there are contact forms in the Subscribe section, Home, Contact Us page etc. When I click on Submit, the form submits successfully, but I do not receive the email. I have applied the form’s shortcode on the pages, but I am still not receiving the email.

FAQ > I see a response message “Thank you for your message. It has been sent.” with green border, but I never receive a mail for that.

I checked the spam folders but am not receiving the emails. I want to mention that if I create a completely new form using Contact Form 7 and add its shortcode to the page, it works. What could be the issue with the current form?

What email settings do you have in the Mail tab panel?

To protect personal data, hiding email addresses in the settings or replacing them with dummy addresses is strongly advised. You can also include screenshots.

Same problem by me. mail settings are all correct but I am not receiving any when using the contact form on my website
