Not Recognizing Pro

I purchased the Pro version and it was working initially but it stopped working and I haven’t been able to get it to work for at least the last few days. When I go into the settings under the Pro tab it says:
Status: A network error: transport error: http_request_failed Failed connect to apps.meow.fr:80; Connection timed out
Can you please help?
