    Hi there,

In a development site I started to get ‘Sales Not Available Currently’ corresponding to the shortcode (called via echo do_shortcode(“[sshow-boxoffice id=’My Event Title’]”).

Then I noticed that under Stageshow+ > Overview I have a notice “Timezone not set – Set it Here”.

However the timezone is set correctly as UTC+2.

    What’s the matter?

Ok, I did not set Prices in the Prices page. (Still got the notice thou)

However, I did set a Price Plan for these events. Can someone please explain what’s the difference?

    Thanks

StageShow is intended to be used with a timezone that includes daylight saving time where it is relevant, and this requires that the timezone is set to a valid City. For this reason UTC offset timevalid zones are not considered valid but if daylight saving time is not used by the timezone StageShow will work OK. So ideally set it to a city.

The “Price Plan” is a prices preset which can be used to initialise price values when a new performance is added. It has no significance at any other time.
