Not reducing file sizes by much

    Hello,

    We are using this plugin to resize images that come through really large from our property management software.

    I have run the images at 50% with your plugin, but it has only reduced file sizes by a tiny amount. Most images were around 3mb and after running the plugin they are still over 2mb.

    Am I missing something?

    Hi @bu5ine55,

    Thanks for using our plugin. If your pictures are very large (big resolutions like 3000x2000px) it cannot produce very small file weight.
    reSmush.it will optimize pictures as best and produce the best ratio between file resolutions and file size.

    However, with an efficient use of thumbnails, you should have good results with adapted images sizes.
