Not releaseing subscription

Hi – we used the plugin in a staging server under a different server and now want to move it to the staging server for the live site.

We deactivated the plugin on the older server: http://111.93.225.179/scorebuddy/uk/ and are trying to active it here: http://scorebuddyqa.com/staging/uk/

But it keeps saying that it can’t activate. Please ‘release’ the plugin from the other server.
