We love this plugin when it works, but that is only about 80% of the time. We would be interested in purchasing the pro plugin, but without reliable functionality of the free plugin we cannot make that purchase.

We have read through the forum, checked the debug log, etc. but no matter what we do, the plugin still only operates correctly about 80% of the time.

Thanks for getting in touch,
Its 100% Reliable, all the submissions will be send to google sheet in a real-time,

If Google API Quota limit is exceeded then only entry will be missed, to confirm you can enable the debug log from wp-config.php and check the debug.log, make sure whenever entry is missed then only error log will be recorded.

To solve this you can Authenticate with Google using Manual Authentication Method, and also Enable CF7 Database is available to recover the missed submissions.
