I can see in this post http://blogsbypash.com/rebooting-the-mind/ that the comment form you are using is not the default wordpress comment form. I think you are using some plugin for that. Please disable that plugin first and then try again. It should work fine.

Ravi, thank you for responding. I have deactivated the comments plugin from Jetpack and the advanced comment is appearing but I still have two challenges.
1) Firstly, I am trying to customize the comment section by using the code in customise however, it just shows “Leave a reply, Your email address will not be published. Required fields are marked and a comment box”. I want the heading to say “Now Your Turn” instead of “Leave a reply” and have a name, gravatar, how many days ago and comment box. Please see the link http://blogsbypash.com/exception-to-the-rule/ to understand what I am saying.
2) Secondly, in the footer I was using the widget ‘recent comments’. It used to appear as ‘recent comments’ within the footer on all pages/categories. Is there a widget facility with WP Advanced Comment? Otherwise, I will use the old widget only, which I have removed as that simply lists the comments, doesn’t show snippets which will be preferable.

The comment form is displaying but not working. By seeing frontend i can only guess. There are some errors on the site. This error is causing by the jetpack plugin see the screenshot http://i.imgur.com/2SDs1eh.jpg?1. Due to this comment form is not working. Can you please disable jectpack or disable all your plugin and see if it works ??
You want to comment snippets ?? I dont think it is possible with this plugin.
