not resizing thumbnail image

    Hello. I just installed your plugin RSS Feature Image and also added your custom filter to the child theme’s function.php. It does feed the image, but it doesn’t affect the image size. I tried to regenerate all thumbnails to the 600x600px I set it, with no effect.

    Would appreciate any input.
    Thanks so much, if we can get the image size to work it’s an awesome plugin.

    Hi,

    Did you check your PHP Error Logs? Are you sure the filter is running? It should work fine, as I am using it all the time 🙂

    No error message in the logs today. I copy pasted the exact code you have in the plugin info into the functions.php of the child theme.

    Not quite sure what else to do as I don’t understand coding.

    Yes, and that should work perfectly… mmm, that will be difficult for me to help you debug this, you should ask a developer around you, to make sure the code is called, and to debug a bit further. Unfortunately, this is all a bit technical, especially if something that simply doesn’t work. Then it can come from anything, anywhere 🙁

    You could also modify this plugin directly, look for the mention to ‘large’ in its code and replace it by… ‘thumbnail’ 🙂
