Not resolving issue after being in touch with Formstack support

So I’ve done everything that Formstack’s support person has told me to do, and after almost a week of back and forth with them I’m still where I started, except for the fact that on my own, without being told or it even being suggested, I installed the plugin and it still doesn’t work.
