• Wasted a lot of time setting this plugin up to discover that it was not responsive! So unless you’re still stuck in pre-mobile phone days I suggest you stay clear. The ticket response page etc. look nasty on a mobile! Hoping for quick resolution so I can update my review accordingly. Because of the lack of responsiveness still am not able to use it for support so can’t say much there
