How do you know that the error wasn’t yours? Why didn’t you try to contact the plugin’s author about this by posting a topic in the plugin’s dedicated sub-forum?

The responsive feature works for me, and for many thousands of other users, so it is quite likely that any problems you are experiencing are specific to your site. Most problems like this are easily solved with a little support – I would be happy to help you troubleshoot your issue further if you’d like to post a support topic?

I’ve used this plugin on numerous sites and this plugin is VERY responsive. It might even be an issue with your theme and not the plugin.
