I deactivated all plugins, with Twenty Thirteen theme, problem is still here, like there is no connection with weather website.
I installed your plugin on another website (other hosting), it’s working. Do you have any idea ?
Is it a share webhost? (link?)
It’s a sharehost but I tried on another website with same host and it’s working so I don’t understand what’s wrong… :/
seems to have a similar trouble : works fine on a WP 3.9.1 in localhost but when i go online, 0 is display… i use DB migrate to replicate my site on remote so it’s exactly the same…
any ideas ? cos i’m so happy of this plugin … in localhost ,)
Apparently you need ‘allow_url_fopen’ module enabled like @yovovy suggest:

Contact your webhost to enabled it.
