    hello

    did you try to setup fields for Orders? or for Products?

    Hi,
    Thanks for the swift reply. I tried setting up static field with my own data that wouldn’t save and also tried to set up the new product_shipping_class field. I am trying to export order data for Royal Mail DMO.

    I changed from Safari to Chrome which didn’t have any effect. While in Chrome I tried to get a ‘console’ error but nothing appeared. I’m not comfortable with editing my config file at the moment so haven’t tried that at all.
    Sorry I can’t give any more information than that.

    Could you open phpmyadmin and run next sql ?

    DELETE FROM wp_options WHERE option_name LIKE ‘woocommerce-order-export-now’
