Not saving sort?

    We are trying to sort and when we go into the tool and drag the sort, then change the flag to “Yes” is there more to do to get it to save the settings? When we leave the sort screen and come back, nothing is saved and the order is reset back to before we re-sorted.

    I don’t see any errors. It just appears to not be saving anything. We are on the latest version.

    that’s a sure sign that something is not right.

    I don’t see any errors.

    did you check your javascript console to see if you have any conflicting js errors that’s stopping the ajax saving process from executin properly?
