I just deactivated all the plugins and re installed them same result I didnt have this issue on your older version of virtue which works fine with another site that im in the process of finishing.

I just removed the coming soon
In the appearance > theme options > slider settings. When you check your slides, can you see thumbnails for each?
Have you tried re uploading the images?
I just checked when I open theme options and go to slider settings each slider option is listed when I pick one they work but it still doesn’t show the default pics that came with the template.I haven’t uploaded my own yet since I couldn’t see the default pics I didn’t think my would show up either. I Installed a few other themes and they all show there default pics with no issue I think there’s a problem with your theme working with 4.0.1 wordpress.
Sorry no, once you save settings in the theme options the default slider is supposed to go away. Just upload your own images and it will work.
