Not seeing thumbnails

Hmm… I did. Perhaps I am not understanding what this thumbnail does. I am using the theme TwentyTen. I was hoping this plugin would show thumbnails when someone did a search like this:

http://SugarMtnFarm.com/?s=piglets

or looked at a list of posts from a tag like this:

http://SugarMtnFarm.com/tag/butcher-shop/

Currently a search or tag shows a list of posts and their starting text. I would like it to show the first image in the post and the starting text much like your plugin’s Preview looks like. I am hoping to get something like this:

Here are my settings for FPW-Post-Thumbnails:

Is there anything else I need to do or am I expecting the wrong thing?

If I’m expecting the wrong results from the plugin then do you know of a way or a plugin to make this happen like the mockup I show above?
