Not sending data to sheets

    Hello,

    I have followed everything that was said on how to connect the plugin, it says “currently active” in the code area as well. So i went to the form and submitted a test and none of the data is showing there. On the form, it gives me a confirmation it is been sent. I am lost on what to do or how to get this to work. Can someone either look at it or tell me what or how to get this to work, please. I really want to use this plugin.

    I am having the same problem. I have tried entering the fields in row 1 with ‘[…]’ and without. Still no data being put into my google sheet.

    This is weird.

    Following are some steps to know more about the issue.

    1) Check whether you have not used contact form field name in capital letter and also not use underscore ( _ ).
    2) Double check sheet name and tab name.
    3) Check on which google account you have integrated. Is it where you have saved your google sheet ?
    4) Check the log files for any error that is click on “view” link under google sheet connector.
    5) Lastly enable WordPress debug and see if there is some log for google sheet connector.
