    Hi there,

I have create a from that makes a calculation and send an email with the results.

All works great, and if in the field Destination emails I put a fixed email address, it sends the emails fine. However if instead I put a variable that takes the email address from the form <%fieldname27_value%> (that of the user filling in the form) it will not send the email.

I know for sure that this field (<%fieldname27_value%>) is passing the email address correctly because I have put it temporarily in the email template and set Destination emails to a fixed email address.

    Am I missing something?

    Best regards

    Hi @itcgb ,

    I hope you’re doing well.

I understand that you’re referring to the Form > Email notifications tab, right?

And that you’re getting the email account from the form fields directly, so the user is filling an “email” field, correct?

If that’s the case, you should be able to fill the recipient with the email field directly from the form email notification settings: https://snipboard.io/X7DvPY.jpg

In case you’re using another method to add a new recipient, could you confirm if there is a reason for this or give us more info so we can help you further?

I hope to hear back from you soon.
    Best Regards,
