Not Sending with SendGrid API

    Hi Sean,

    I really like your plugin and hope to use it once it can work for me.

    I was using SB Welcome Email Editor with standard WordPress SMTP email sending. Now using SendGrid API email with your plugin and it will not send any new registration email at all. Do you have plans to adjust for this WP email send service?

    Also, the password recovery email portion never functioned for me. It will not send with my changes, just the standard WP text version. Any plans to repair in the future?

    Hi,

    I’ve repaired the password recovery text for the next release today. I’ve not tested with Sendgrid however my plugin doesn’t use any other method of send so should work fine with it. Do you use a plugin like WP Mail SMTP to configure sendgrid? SMTP has always worked for me.

    Hi Sean,

    Ok great on the password recovery text fix. Yes SendGrid will send in SMTP and I would assume that works just fine with your plugin. SendGrid also offers email sending by Web API which is a different email protocol. In my testing of the SendGrid Web API format, it would not work. Maybe that is something you can adjust at some point?
