Hi shughey,

1. Make sure you’ve deleted all caches
2. Make sure you don’t have Jatpack comment activated
3. Make sure wpDiscuz is enabled for the post type you’re checking
4. make sure your theme header.php has template tag
5. Make sure your theme single.php and page.php have tag
