Hi,
Our developer has no problem creating a quiz using a mobile browser on a mobile phone.
We have used browserstack.com to show you a screen-cast.
He is able to create a quiz and it is working properly.

There are many javascript errors on your website. They are not related to the QSM plugin.

However, any javascript error will break other software that are using javascript on the same website.
Therefore, you should contact the respective support of that software that is causing errors to fix them.
QSM should work properly after those errors are fixed.

Kriti

Hi,
In the developer console. There are text that are underlined.
Those are telling you where the error is located.
All you have to do is to click on it.
If the text is something like (index):175, this means the error is a script that is “written” directly in HTML head, body, or footer using <script> tag.
If the text consist of a file name, it will show you the file and where the error is when you click on it.
Here is a screen-cast of the above mentioned.

Please note this is allwe can provide for this issue, because this is not related to our company’s product.
Thank you.

Kriti
