    I have created an app, no problem. Put in app id, no problem. secret key, no problem. site url, no problem. I created the app with my personal facebook account, however, when I post on the page that I want connected to it, it doesnt work. The page I want to use is not a personal account it is like a business page. Will it still work?

    Hi ewhit,

    Yes, it doesn’t matter who creates the application, as long as it is tied to your website URL so you can create a valid access token.

    Did you fill in your Facebook page ID or the slug of your page? Use this site to find the Facebook ID of your page: http://findmyfacebookid.com/ .

    Also, try manually pushing the access token button to see if any errors show up.

    I have tried all that and nothing. On my app’s section on my “fan page” it says the app I made is there. But when I click the link on the widget that says find us on facebook it takes me nowhere, and when I click on the token no errors.

    Oh…My…Gosh…I did not have the id in the spot where it said to put it. Grrr. I dont know how I overlooked that but it is now working. YES. Great plugin by the way. Where can I find the shortcodes to display in a page or a post?
