The thumbnails are not showing for some videos.

Works: https://conversionbridgewp.com/conversion-bridge-1-2/
Does not work: https://conversionbridgewp.com/integration/ws-form/

I can’t figure out what is different between these videos that would cause some not to work.

I have setup my YouTube API key and tried clearing the oembed cache.

Hi Derek,
According to your links, both videos have covers. I don’t see the problem.

I found that the custom thumbnails I had uploaded were causing the issue and was able to upload new versions that worked.
