    Received a reply to my support request three days after I had submitted my ticket. Usual issue, gallery won’t work on non-standard templates. I had already resolved the issue by just switching to a NEXTgen gallery.

    When the reply came, it had just enough condescension in it (‘If you have programming skills, then you will cope with this modification easily’) to motivate me to post this review.

    Hi mitenko,

    Unfortunately, we guarantee the correct work of our plugin only with those themes, which were created according to WP Codex standards – https://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Theme_Development.
    You can make sure by activating a standard WP theme (2013 or 2014).

    In case you are using a non-standard theme, it is necessary to make some changes to the template files of our Gallery, as it is physically impossible to develop a template, which would work correctly with every single theme.
