Not Streaming

I have left several email with the Dave and it takes 3 or 4 days for him to get back to me and his answers are vague.

Every time I try to preview my app it says Streaming is disabled.

He said it was fixed and 2 minutes after I got his message saying that I tried it and it is still not fixed.

Is there anyone else having problems?!
