Hi, I’ve just realised that my contact forms are not working on android mobile (you can’t submit) because of the Captcha field. I’m using Captcha V3 and have the correct keys set up – it works fine on desktop but not on mobile.

I have set both rendering options to disabled and the Captcha keys are correct.

I’ve had to remove the Captcha field for now as I can’t get it to work with them enabled – but this is only recent as it was working fine when I originally set the forms up. Has something changed or do I have to set different settings to make this work correctly? Many thanks in advance for your help

  • Hi @casket21

I hope you are doing well today.

We do no have any similar reports in that matter and after I tested this on my lab site, all works fine, even on mobile.

Can you duplicate your form, enable Captcha there, place it on some test page, and try again from mobile? Make sure to clear your mobile browser cache and test from another mobile device as well.

Please let us know about the results and if the issue will still be there, share with us the test page URL so we can review the errors. Also, export that form, upload it to Google Drive, or use Pastebin and share a link in your next reply, so that we can test it on our lab.

    Kind Regards,
    Kris
