I had this plugin installed a few months ago and i’ve never had a problem before, but ever since I updated my theme (adiva) i tried to add some files to my site and the plugin didn’t allow me. also tried deleting it and installing it again but wordpress says “not supported”. Why is this happening?

Thanks for contacting our support. What do you mean by not supported? Could you please share the screenshot of the issue and are you sure that you are using WP File Manager?

Could you please share more info like which version of WordPress are you using and PHP version of your site right now?

I’m using wordrpess version 5.1.1.
Where can i seek for my PHP version? I’m sorry i don’t know where it is

WP reply to plug-in activation: “‘wp-file-manager’ has been deactivated, it deletes data necessary to manage your site and is not supported on WordPress.com.” Using WP core 5.1.1.
