‘Not Supported’ Error page upon install

Hi 🙂 So I’m new to this so pretty lost, I got so far as to add wordpress to our dedicated server via cPanel, with the edited wp config text changing the passwords, username and database. Everything looks right except when I search myip/~name it doesn’t work? It’s a very blank page with ‘Not Supported’ in the top left hand corner.
If anyone has an answer I would be extremely grateful! Thank you!

It was nice to have this page => روغن خراطین , but I think some parts have been dropped.
