The update 1.3 syncs new products well in my testing environments, so we would like to take a closer look at your log files.
Can you please open a support ticket as described here?:

Please include a copy of your WooCommerce system report and your Zettle log file from when you had version 1.3 active.
You can find these under:
WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support
WooCommerce > Status > Logs > “zettle-pos-integration-[…]” in the dropdown on the right side

The update to the latest Zettle version 1.4.0 should have automatically restored the product sync. Can you please check again with the latest version?

Hi,
I have installed the lastest version of Zettle POS Integration 1.4.1, and I get the message “Not synced – Syncable” on the Zettle Status column.
How can I sync my WooCommerce’s products to Zettle product library ?

Even after update to the latest version, I still have the same problem of “Not synced – Syncable” issues.
