Hello @notorium
Thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.
This is not an issue that is very common; usually there is one of the 2 issues occurring that you mentioned, so I am thinking this might not be related to the same issue.
Also, the error you provided does not necessarily have to be related to the problem, we see this type of error show up very often and can just be the result of a first try of syncing a product (most of the time this doesn’t affect the situation).
So per issue there is a standard way of checking:
– price sync – this is set up during onboarding and issues are usually caused by tax settings. The best thing you can do is to disconnect the account and run through the onboarding process again. At step 3/6 of onboarding, it will ask you if you want to sync prices or tell you why this is not possible. With this notification, you can start to make a change on the WooCommerce general or tax settings and go back to this onboarding step to see if it is resolved. (this is my preferred way of resolving this tax issue).
– The stock sync issue needs to be specified before I can really advise you. The most common issue is that stock changes from Zettle to WooCommerce fail, how to resolve this issue, is documented here. If it is different, please let me know.
See if this helps you further and we can take it from there if you are still left with any problems. If you want to share details, but not on this public forum, you can also reach out to us via a private engagement via these instructions.
Pending your response.
Kind regards,
Joost
