    We have realized that our store is not syncing at all and probably since the last update of the plugin.

    Is there a way to “downdate” to a earlier version or is it a new update coming soon?

    Thanks for reaching out to us, we’re here to help.

    You can try reverting to the previous version 1.5.9, link is here. If downgrading does not resolve the issue, we can investigate further by checking the logs. Please follow these steps:

    1. Go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs
    2. Locate the most recent Zettle log files
    3. Copy the log contents and paste them into PrivateBin
    4. Share the PrivateBin link with us, and we’ll review the logs to identify the issue
