Not syncing

Hello!
I am using Zettle extension for a while now and I had no problem with it so far.
But since 1 month or 2, the new products I create are no longer syncing on my Zettle app.
When I check on my products page on Woocommerce, they tell me that I see: “Not Synced – Syncable”
Could you please help me with this?

Thanks for reaching out to us, we’re here to help.
Please navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and look for the most recent log file related to Zettle. This log should contain any relevant errors or warnings that can help us analyze the issue further.
In the meantime, you can also try to trigger a full resync. This can often resolve cases where individual product syncs are stuck.
Let me know once you’ve done that, or if you’re able to share any recent log entries, and I’ll be happy to assist you further.

I already tried to disconnect and reconnect, delete and re install the Zettle Extension but it doesn’t change anything. You’ll find below the logs. Please tell me if I can give you some more information…

Thanks a lot for the logs and the update.
The error
“could not find local variant ID for PayPal Zettle UUID”indicates that the plugin can’t find a matching WooCommerce product for some items still present in your Zettle library.Here’s what I’d suggest trying next:
- Manually remove all the products from your Zettle product library.
- After that, return to WooCommerce and run a full resync to push the correct product data to Zettle again.
